Alexa Saunders appointed Head of Trusts and Private Wealth at Carey Olsen in Jersey
Carey Olsen partner Alexa Saunders has become the firm's new Head of Trusts and Private Wealth in Jersey. Alexa joined the firm in 2011 and has been a partner in the trusts and private wealth group since 2016.
As the new Head of Trusts and Private Wealth, Alexa brings a depth of experience in advising on a broad range of both non-contentious and semi-contentious trust matters. Her practice has predominantly focused on advising on the establishment, ongoing administration and restructuring of private family trusts and foundations. She also advises in connection with employee benefit trusts and pensions. Alexa is qualified as a Jersey Advocate and has frequently advised on applications to the Royal Court of Jersey, acting for trustees, beneficiaries, and protectors in all types of trust proceedings.
