Carey Olsen advises on London property deal
Lawyers from Carey Olsen's corporate team in Jersey have advised NTT Urban Development Corporation on the acquisition of a 100% equity interest in 130 Wood Street in London.
Working alongside onshore counsel Slaughter and May, Carey Olsen advised on the Jersey law aspects of the acquisition which was completed through NTT Urban Development Corporation's local subsidiary UD Europe Limited.
The Carey Olsen team was led by partner Kate Andrews and included senior associate Mathew Du Val and associate Aldo Plater.
The office building is in the heart of the City near St Paul's Cathedral and between Bank and St Paul's underground stations. It is part of NTT Urban Development Corporation's expansion of its UK real estate business.
