Carey Olsen advises LongGame Ventures on launch of longevity biotech fund

LongGame Fund I L.P. targets early-stage biotech startups with tech solutions for meaningful prolonging of life. Beyond funding, the initiative aims to bridge biotechnology and decentralised science, fostering collaboration between traditional life sciences and emerging decentralised technologies.

LongGame Fund I L.P. was established as a Jersey Limited Partnership, highlighting Jersey's growing appeal as a jurisdiction of choice for first-time fund managers. The Carey Olsen investment funds team advising LongGame Ventures comprised partner Christopher Griffin and associates Vera Cai and Anna Richardson.
