Carey Olsen strengthens Jersey banking and finance practice
Carey Olsen has appointed counsel Lizzie Chamberlain and associate Raveshnee Pakkiri to its Jersey banking and finance team.
Lizzie acts for a varied client base on a range of debt finance transactions including real estate investments and development finance, investment funds financing and general corporate facilities. Lizzie is highly experienced having previously spent 11 years in the banking and finance team at Macfarlanes LLP.
Raveshnee is based in the firm's Jersey office and advises clients on a variety of banking and finance matters. Prior to joining Carey Olsen, she worked for leading South African law firms and gained experience on a broad range of corporate finance, debt finance, restructuring, acquisition finance, real estate finance and trade finance transactions.
