Carey Olsen's Russell Clark among 50 most influential private client specialists

Russell, who heads up the trusts and private wealth practice in Guernsey, is the only Guernsey-based lawyer to make the list for a second year in a row. He specialises in both contentious and non-contentious trust matters and advising private clients on succession, estate planning and family governance. 

Described as the definitive rankings of the key players in the UK and offshore private client practitioner sector, this year's '50 Most Influential' includes advisers from the wealth management, accountancy, legal, trust and family law sectors.

Recognition by eprivateclient follows in the footsteps of Russell also being named a 'Global Elite' in the 2020/21 edition of Legal Week's Private Client Global Elite Directory and his Band 1 ranking in the 2020 edition of the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth guide in which he was described as 'one of the most well-known names in Guernsey', with interviewees also highlight his 'high level of expertise' and how he is 'very technical and very intelligent'.
