Carey Olsen to interview Google on new transatlantic subsea cable, Nuvem
Carey Olsen partner Steven Rees Davies is to interview Global Subsea Construction Lead at Google, David Robles, at the Bermuda Tech Summit tomorrow, Tuesday 10 October, between 9am and 9:30am.
At the session Steven and David will discuss 'Nuvem', a new transatlantic subsea cable system which will connect Portugal, Bermuda and the United States. Nuvem will improve network resiliency across the Atlantic, add international route diversity and support the development of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure for the continents and countries involved.
The interview is entitled "Seaside Chat with Google: Building Bridges – Transatlantic Tech" and it will take place in the Harbourview Ballroom at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club. Carey Olsen is a diamond sponsor of the Bermuda Tech Summit 2023.
