He has considerable experience advising on the establishment and regulation of investment funds in the Cayman Islands as well as their ongoing transactional, regulatory and compliance requirements. Shane also advises on local business licensing matters.
Emily advises on complex corporate and commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on investment funds, their establishment in the Cayman Islands and associated transactional, financing and compliance matters for investment funds and other vehicles.
Trevor is experienced in general corporate and finance work, including international equity offerings, IPOs, joint ventures, private equity / venture capital financings and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Jasmin advises on all aspects of commercial and financial services litigation, provisional and official liquidations and cross-border insolvency and restructuring procedures, including schemes of arrangement. She also has extensive experience in trusts litigation.
Nigel specialises in the resolution of cross-jurisdictional issues and has extensive experience in general litigation matters, primarily in the financial services sector.
