Tristan Maultby returns to Carey Olsen as banking and finance partner
Carey Olsen is pleased to announce the appointment of Tristan Maultby as a partner of Carey Olsen LLP in the firm's banking and finance practice.
Widely regarded as a leading lawyer for the banking and finance industry, Tristan has extensive experience advising local and international finance institutions on real estate finance, Sharia compliant finance, leveraged finance, restructuring and security enforcement matters.
Tristan joins Carey Olsen from another leading offshore firm where he was a group partner in the banking and finance practice, having previously spent six years in Carey Olsen's Jersey team.
