Shelly has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients, from the receipt of initial instructions to the completion of transactions, often involving her in the researching of title documents, conducting site visits, reporting on title, drafting conveyances, agreements, exchanges, occupancy licences and lease assignments etc. Shelly is also adept at dealing with property division, including the subdivision of existing properties, as well as new housing developments, together with the preparation of resultant title schedules and plans. She regularly liaises with estate agents, lenders, developers, surveyors, architects and other law firms to ensure that transactions run as smoothly as possible.
