Carey Olsen advises ad hoc group of creditors in Pizza Express restructuring
Carey Olsen has acted alongside Latham & Watkins advising the ad hoc group of creditors in relation to the debt and equity restructuring of Pizza Express, a leading international casual dining operator.
The transaction was implemented by means of a restructuring plan under the recently enacted UK Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020.
The Carey Olsen team was led by partner Kate Andrews and included senior associates Mathew Du Val and Rebecca McQuillan and associate Cathryn Houston.
