Carey Olsen's fintech expertise recognised in new Chambers rankings

The firm, which has been at the forefront of offshore regulatory and commercial advice in the fintech space for several years, was noted for its cross-jurisdictional fintech work in the areas of  regulatory and licensing, payments, data protection matters, M&A, investment mandates and intellectual property.

Jersey corporate partner Chris Griffin is also ranked individually and recognised for his crypto practice and his advice in relation to token offerings, crypto funds and exchanges. The firm's recognition in Chambers Fintech follows the publication of the 2022 edition of Chambers UK, which saw Carey Olsen lead all offshore firms with eight Band One rankings – two more than its nearest competitor.
