Carey Olsen promotes new counsel in British Virgin Islands
Carey Olsen has promoted Katrina Lindsay to the position of counsel within the firm's British Virgin Islands (BVI) corporate practice.
Katrina is an experienced corporate and finance lawyer and a key member of the firm's growing virtual assets practice.
Katrina advises clients from around the globe on BVI corporate, mergers & acquisitions, financing, security enforcement, restructuring and virtual asset related matters. She has acted on several high-profile transactions, including the establishment of the largest real estate fund to be listed on the London Stock Exchange. Since her arrival in the BVI in 2016, Katrina has made a considerable and valued impact on our team and our corporate services offering. Developing talent is a key part of our firm's strategy and I am pleased to see Katrina's career progress to the next level."
Katrina completed her legal traineeship with Brodies LLP and first qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2013 before being admitted to the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (BVI) in 2017.
