Carey Olsen leads offshore firms in Chambers High Net Worth 2023
Carey Olsen has been confirmed as the leading offshore global trusts and private wealth practice in the 2023 edition of the Chambers High Net Worth (HNW) Guide – with three Band 1 rankings and more individuals ranked than any other offshore firm.
Among the 14 lawyers ranked, Keith Robinson (Bermuda) has been promoted to Star Individual, and Bernadette Carey (Cayman Islands) and Alexa Saunders (Jersey) have been promoted to Band 1. Russell Clark (Guernsey) has retained his Band 1 position and Andreas Kistler (Jersey) has been promoted to Band 2. New entries in the rankings include Robert Dobbyn (Band 2, Jersey) and Sarah Farrow (Associate to Watch, Jersey).
Others who have retained their current position in the rankings include Ashley Fife (Bermuda), Graham Stoute (Cayman Islands), Chris Duncan (Cayman Islands), Konrad Friedlaender, Natasha Kapp and Patricia Montgomery (Guernsey) and Keith Dixon (Jersey).
The firm continues to be ranked as Band 1 for its trusts and private wealth practices in Bermuda, Guernsey and Jersey, and Band 2 in the Cayman Islands.
Partner and global head of the trusts and private wealth practice, Keith Robinson, commented: "It is fantastic to see our offshore global trusts and private wealth practice lead the rankings in this year's Chambers High Net Worth guide. To see a number of our lawyers promoted to and retaining their high rankings is an immense achievement. This is testament to the expertise of our teams across each jurisdiction and reflects the high quality of the instructions that we receive from our clients, for which we continue to be grateful."
