PRIIPs and MiFID seminar
Experts from Carey Olsen, Berwin Leighton Paisner and Clarus Risk will provide insights on the issues of the PRIIPs and MiFID regulations which are now in force.
Guernsey funds, managers and their service providers need to understand when, and how, the regulations apply to local investment products.
This seminar will highlight the steps which need to be taken now and on an ongoing basis, in order to comply with the new obligations. It will also discuss the implications arising from the conflict that arises between the obligation to make prescribed disclosures and an issuer's overriding obligation not to mislead investors or the market.
