Academy of Estate and Trust Law
The International Academy of Estate and Trust law was conceived of and established by Judge Arthur K. Marshall, then Advisor to the California State Bar Committee on Probate and Trust Law. Presently, academicians of the association concentrate on the analysis of the substantive requirements and the tax consequences of the transfer of wealth, be it during lifetime or at death. Further, it delves into the use of such entities to preserve family businesses with multinational contacts. It studies the effect of marriage on property rights and the impact of divorce on property held by the spouses or either of them at the termination of the marriage.
Alternative Investment Managers Association
The Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) is the global representative of the alternative investment industry, with around 2,100 corporate members in over 60 countries. AIMA’s fund manager members collectively manage more than US$2.5 trillion in hedge fund and private credit assets.

American Bankruptcy Institute
The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) is the largest association of bankruptcy professionals in the US, made up of over 12,000 members in multi-disciplinary roles, including attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and others. ABI is committed to serving its members with high-quality conferences, comprehensive continuing education, effective legal research, and dynamic networking opportunities.

American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) is a nonprofit association of lawyers and law professors skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts; estate planning; and probate procedure and administration of trusts and estates of decedents, minors and incompetents. Established in Los Angeles in 1949, ACTEC is governed by 39 Fellows who serve on its Board of Regents, six of whom are the officers of ACTEC.

Chancery Bar Association
The Chancery Bar Association was established in 1935 and is the oldest specialist bar association. The association represents the interests of the Chancery Bar on the Bar Council and the Bar Standards Board, as well as providing education to members and promoting the Chancery Bar to clients and potential clients.
Channel Islands' Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) is an international centre of excellence for the practice and profession of alternative dispute resolution. CIArb provides education and training for arbitrators, mediators and adjudicators. It also acts as a global hub for practitioners, policy makers, academics and those in business, supporting the global promotion, facilitation and development of all ADR methods.

Commercial Fraud Lawyers' Association
The Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association (CFLA) was established in 2009 and has grown to over 200 members consisting of legal practitioners from a variety of large City law firms; specialist white collar crime firms; barristers’ chambers; and Government departments. The CFLA meet to share and improve knowledge relating to commercial fraud.

Employment Lawyers' Association represents the views of over 6000 specialist qualified employment lawyers in the UK, promotes the best practice of employment law and supports the work and interests of UK employment lawyers.
Fund Finance Association
The Fund Finance Association (FFA) is a non-profit industry association in the fund finance market, co-located in New York and Charlotte, North Carolina.
Guernsey Association of Trustees
The Guernsey Association of Trustees (GAT) is the industry representative body for fiduciary licence holders in Guernsey. Its membership largely consists of Trust and Company service providers and individuals in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and fully regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission as either Full or Personal licensees, but also extends to lawyers, accountants, compliance professionals and other individuals locally with an interest in the fiduciary industry.

The Guernsey Investment Fund Association (GIFA) was established in 1989 as a trade association to represent the Island’s growing fund management industry. GIFA’s principal objective is to protect and enhance the collective interests of its members.

Hong Kong Venture Capital Association
Established in 1987, the HKVCA's mission is to encourage a vibrant venture capital and private equity industry in Asia while promoting the role of member firms in value creation, innovation and economic development. INSOL
INSOL International is a world-wide federation of national associations of accountants and lawyers who specialise in turnaround and insolvency. There are currently over 44 Member Associations with over 10,500 professionals participating as members of INSOL International.
Insolvency Lawyers Association

Insurance Managers Association of Cayman

International Bar Association
The International Bar Association was established in 1947 and born out of the conviction that an organisation made up of the world's bar associations could contribute to global stability and peace through the administration of justice. Loan Market Association
The objective of Loan Market Association is improving liquidity, efficiency and transparency in the primary and secondary syndicated loan markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). By establishing sound, widely accepted market practice, they seek to promote the syndicated loan as one of the key debt products available to borrowers across the region. As the authoritative voice of the syndicated loan market in EMEA, the association works with lenders, law firms, borrowers and regulators to educate the market about the benefits of the syndicated loan product, and to remove barriers to entry for new participants.

The Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts
The Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts (ARIES) was formed in the Channel Islands as a professional body for those practising, or interested in, restructuring and insolvency.
