Bradley is counsel in the employment team at Carey Olsen Bermuda Limited. He has over ten years' experience advising clients on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

In addition to employment matters, Bradley advises on all aspects of Bermuda immigration law, both for corporate and individual clients, as well as data protection and privacy matters.

Bradley has written frequently on employment and immigration law issues for the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce magazine and in the Royal Gazette. He is a member of the Bermuda Human Resources Association and the Employment Law Association (UK).

 

Career

Bradley was admitted as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2011 and was called to the Bar of Bermuda in 2020.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in October 2022, Bradley was a senior associate and head of the employment and immigration practice at the Bermuda office of Appleby. Prior to that, Bradley worked for over eight years in the employment practice of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in London. Bradley has also spent time on secondment with the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc.

Bradley has been recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by Legal 500.

Bradley graduated from Durham University with a degree in Law in 2006. He subsequently passed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the University of Law, York, in 2007.
