Carey Olsen advises on significant majority of Jersey domicile fund launches in past 12 months
Carey Olsen has advised on the majority of new Jersey domicile fund launches in the twelve months to June 2023 according to the latest Monterey Insight Fund Report, with the firm advising on 75 (or 59%) of the 127 Jersey domiciled funds and sub-funds launched during the 12-month period. This represents twice as many fund launches as the next Jersey law firm.
Carey Olsen has now secured its fifth straight year as the leading legal adviser to Jersey-domiciled funds, advising 610 Jersey-domiciled funds and sub-funds, which is 205 more than the nearest Jersey law firm. This represents over 39% of the market by number of funds and over 37% by aggregate assets under management.
