Jennifer is an associate in Carey Olsen's Jersey corporate team based in London. She assists on a broad range of corporate, banking and finance matters.
Jennifer's practice area focuses on corporate real estate and investment funds.
Representative transactions include advising:
- FSN Capital on their latest mid-market flagship fund, FSN Capital VI, which closed at €1.8 billion.
- Nordic Capital on Nordic Capital Fund X, which closed at €6.1 billion.
Career
Jennifer re-joined Carey Olsen in 2024, having previously worked at the firm in 2019. Jennifer worked with UK law firm BCLP in 2022 and trained with UK law firm CMS Cameron McKenna in Aberdeen and Rio de Janeiro. She qualified as a solicitor in Scotland.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Aberdeen where she obtained an LLB in Scottish, German and Chinese law. She obtained her DPLP from the University of Edinburgh.
Jennifer is currently undertaking a certification with the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management to become an expert in ESG and Impact Investing. She is fluent in German, Russian and proficient in Portuguese.
