Greg is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's British Virgin Islands (BVI) dispute resolution and litigation team, based in London. 

He advises on all aspects of commercial litigation and corporate insolvency, and has particular experience in high-value, cross-border insolvencies and restructuring, and high-value contentious probate and trust disputes.

Greg has also regularly acted for liquidators and receivers in the BVI, and has advised on both in and out of court appointments. Greg has regularly appeared in the Civil and Commercial Divisions of the BVI High Court, and has also appeared in the Court of Appeal, as well as running appeals up to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

Career

Greg studied Law at Swansea University, and has worked in litigation since 2012. He qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2016, as solicitor of England and Wales in 2018, and as a solicitor-advocate with higher rights of audience in England and Wales in 2019 (currently non-practising). He was also admitted to practice as a solicitor-advocate in the BVI in 2019.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2024, Greg spent five years working for another law firm in the BVI as an associate and latterly a senior associate in their litigation and insolvency practice.

Greg is a member of INSOL, the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association (RISA) and the BVI Bar Association, where he also served on the executive council as treasurer from 2023-2024.
