Junior Corporate Administrator (VA403)

We are looking for a Junior Corporate Administrator to join our office in the Cayman Islands. The post holder will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships and other entities of Carey Olsen and its associated businesses.

Principal duties include:

  • Preparing and filing of formation documents with the Registrar
  • Liaising with the Registrar and CIMA in connection with routine administrative matters
  • Maintaining statutory records and corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices and correspondence
  • Assisting attorneys with the collection and processing of AML/CFT documentation
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone
  • Liaising with Carey Olsen's wider operations teams
