Acsah is an associate in the dispute resolution and litigation team in Guernsey specialising in commercial litigation and regulatory matters. Her experience and expertise encompass a wide range of areas including complex contractual disputes, fund disputes, cross-border litigation, freezing orders, contentious banking and finance issues, and general commercial and civil disputes.

Acsah has a particular interest in technology, cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence and the legal ramifications of these ever-changing areas.

Career

Acsah graduated with a law degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2015, and trained at the Johannesburg office of Norton Rose Fulbright. After completing her training in 2016, she was admitted to practice as an attorney in South Africa in 2017, and was an associate in the Litigation practice of Norton Rose Fulbright. Acsah joined Carey Olsen in April 2021.

Acsah holds a certificate in mediation from the University of Cape Town.
