Erinn O'Brien

Erinn is an associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team, based in Bermuda. She advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and commercial law.

Erinn has notable and varied corporate, commercial, and regulatory experience, having worked with multinational companies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders on various complex matters. 

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in November 2023, Erinn practiced at a leading Canadian law firm, working primarily in the corporate and commercial practice groups with a focus on contract drafting, large-scale energy projects, regulatory compliance, and various commercial transactions. Prior to this, she completed a clerkship with the Court of Appeal of Alberta.  

Erinn has a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University (Toronto, Ontario) specialising in Business Law and Energy and Infrastructure Law, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Alberta), and a Bachelor of Arts degree (with distinction) from the University of Alberta. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta (currently non-practising).
