Kirsty McGeough

Kirsty is a senior associate in the trusts and private wealth team in Guernsey. She advises on various aspects of fiduciary and trusts law and private wealth matters. She also advises on the laws of inheritance and estate planning.

Kirsty has experience providing advice to professional and private trustees as well as high net worth individuals and families. 

She is also featured in the Private Client Global Elite Directory, a respected global directory of the world's top private client and trust and estates litigation talent. 

Kirsty is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh, and was admitted as a solicitor in Scotland in 2016.

Kirsty trained and worked post-qualification in the trusts, tax and succession department of a leading private client law firm based in Edinburgh. During this period she also qualified as a UK chartered tax adviser, specialising in inheritance tax and the taxation of trusts and estates.
