Laura Mulligan

Laura is a qualified Chartered Secretary and an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute with over 13 years' corporate secretarial experience in Bermuda, Ireland and the UK. Laura has experience in providing corporate governance advice and assistance to boards of directors and senior management across a wide range of business sectors to provide the full suite of corporate administration services and advice. In particular, Laura has extensive experience of the insurance sector, having provided support to companies and boards where those entities have been regulated and / or listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Laura began her career in Ireland, training in the corporate secretarial department of a leading Dublin law firm, William Fry. She moved to Bermuda in 2013, where she joined Conyers as a Corporate Administrator, and was promoted to Assistant Corporate Manager. In 2018, Laura changed roles and acted as Bermuda in-house Company Secretary and Corporate Governance Advisor for Lancashire Insurance Group.

Laura graduated in 2008 from Queen's University Belfast with a BA in Law. She subsequently completed a Masters Degree at the University of Ulster in Management and Corporate Governance.
