Sharon Mallet

Sharon has broad experience in residential and commercial property matters, including leases and property lendings. She also deals with all licensing matters for retail and hospitality clients. Sharon acts for a number of local businesses, financial institutions and private clients, including: Quintain (Guernsey) Limited (a subsidiary of Quintain Estates plc) in its Jersey property work; Moore Management fund managers in a new 24 year sub-lease of its flagship office premises in Jersey’s new business centre; and dealing with all the licensing work for The Boat House Group.

Sharon was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1996 and joined Carey Olsen in January 1997.
