Thomas is an associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team, based in Bermuda. He advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and finance law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and financing rounds. Thomas has experience advising clients in a variety of sectors including fintech, media & entertainment, banking and technology.
Career
Prior to joining Carey Olsen in Bermuda in July 2024, Thomas was an associate in the corporate team in a London based firm, Harbottle & Lewis LLP.
Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Law in 2015 before going on to obtain an MSc in Law, Business and Management from the same institution in 2016. He trained at a leading regional firm in the UK before joining Harbottle & Lewis LLP in 2021.
