Tom is an associate based in Carey Olsen's Jersey office. Tom has experience advising on insolvency, commercial disputes, and funds related disputes in Jersey. Additionally, Tom also advises clients on a range of Jersey specific regulatory matters, alongside Carey Olsen's specialist regulatory team.
Prior to joining the dispute resolution and litigation team, Tom trained with the firm's corporate funds team.
Career
Tom was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in September 2024 after completing his training contract with Carey Olsen in Jersey. Tom obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law in 2022 and a degree in History from the University of Exeter in 2021.
