Marketing & Business Development Assistant (VA292)

We are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to provide marketing support to our Trusts and Private Wealth, Dispute Resolution, Employment and Property teams, including a range of industry and CSR events and marketing initiatives

Key duties to include but are not limited to:

  • To support on the planning and organisation of practice area events - both Carey Olsen and industry events including pre-event planning and post event follow ups
  • Draft invitations, reminder campaigns and follow up emails and manage RSVPs
  • Contribute to the annual practice area M&BD budgeting process by researching costs and details for specific practice area events
  • Create client briefings, profiles and other branded items using InDesign
  • Generate marketing reports and target lists from the firms CRM system
  • Processing and checking invoices, arranging payment
  • Manage local stock of branded items and organise courier dispatches
  • Create webinars using BigMarker platform and action associated tasks

This role would be perfect for a graduate, exceptional A-Level or college leaver. Experience in finance or legal professional services would be helpful although not essential.

We are looking for candidates with good digital and technical skills, good interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills.
