Finance Administrator (VA362)

We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator, to provide clerical and administrative support to the finance function of Carey Olsen and its associated businesses.

Principle duties include:

  • Assist fee earners / revenue controllers with the preparation of invoices for services rendered

  • Support the central AP and local finance team with processing vendor invoices for payment

  •  Monitor accounts receivables and follow up with clients for payment of outstanding invoices

  • To be responsible for input and deposit of cheques or cash received

  • Process payments by credit card

  • Maintain records and monitor petty cash, ensuring a reasonable level of cash is held and petty
    cash is reconciled Monthly

  • Deal with miscellaneous internal and client queries

  • Assist the wider finance team with other ad-hoc duties

Experience:

  • Well versed with desktop programmes including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Knowledge and experience of 3E would be advantageous
  • Previous office experience required
