Associate - Corporate (VA387)

We currently have opportunities for ambitious and personable mid-level lawyers with a mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and/or corporate law advisory background to join our mainstream corporate team in our Cayman office. Previous experience in managing corporate transactions is required.
