Carey Olsen attending Mining Indaba Week 2025
Carey Olsen is pleased to once again be in Cape Town for Mining Indaba, the world's largest African mining investment event, between 3-6 February 2025.
Mining Indaba continues to be a key platform for fostering innovation, collaboration and positive transformation within the African mining sector. This year's theme promises to explore the future of mining in a rapidly changing global landscape and then steps needed to create sustainable opportunities for growth.
The agenda will include, but is not limited to:
- The role of AI and emerging technologies in revolutionizing the mining sector
- Sustainable mining practices for a greener future
- Strengthening partnerships between governments and the private sector
- Innovations driving safety, efficiency and profitability in the industry
Carey Olsen will be co-hosting the Mining Indaba 'Big Sunday Night Party' on 2 February in support of local initiatives aimed at empowering communities through education and sustainable development.
