Helen Wang to speak at the American Bar Association 2025 Asia-Pacific Conference
Carey Olsen Singapore partner, Helen Wang, will be a panellist at the American Bar Association International Section 2025 Asia-Pacific Conference taking place in Singapore on 26 - 27 February 2025.
Helen will be speaking on the panel "Singapore as a Nodal Jurisdiction for cross-border restructuring and Insolvency", taking place on Thursday, 27 February 2025.
The conference will discuss the legal challenges in the rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape in Asia Pacific and will address the rule of law challenges and regional geopolitical trade and legal factors in the context of Singapore as a trading platform. There will also be separate program tracks on artificial intelligence, competition law, corporate/transactions, dispute resolution, legal practice/ethics, restructuring/private wealth, technology, and trade/sanctions.
