Carey Olsen ranked in GRR 100 for global restructuring and insolvency expertise
Carey Olsen has been ranked in the top 40 of this year's Global Restructuring Review (GRR) 100, an independent guide to the world's leading law firms for cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.
The 2021 edition features firms from 36 jurisdictions and is billed as the 'essential handbook for those seeking legal advisers with verifiable experience on cross-border matters in the distressed space'. Carey Olsen has now featured in all five editions of GRR 100 since its launch in 2017.
The guide is compiled by the highly regarded publication's editorial team after extensive research into each firm's expertise and experience in handling cross-border restructurings, insolvencies and related matters. This includes grading each firm's 'Top 10' cases from the research period and the volume of cross-border matters on their books as well as the history of their practice areas and the identification of key partners, geographical scope and any particular specialisms associated with individual firms.
Carey Olsen's global restructuring and insolvency practice covers Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey law from offices in those locations as well as in Hong Kong SAR, London and Singapore, boasting significant strength in depth in all jurisdictions.
