Carey Olsen has advised Waton Financial Limited ("Waton Financial") on its initial public offering ("IPO") on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "WTF", which successfully closed on 2 April 2025.

Incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("BVI"), Waton Financial operates primarily through its Hong Kong-based subsidiaries, providing financial services including settlement services for HK stock, US stock and A-share stock, as well as one-stop IT platform services to licensed brokerage firms.
