Susie is the Managing Director of Carey Olsen Services Bermuda Limited. She is a Chartered Governance Professional, a Chartered Secretary and a Certified Compliance Professional. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners and holds a degree in Professional Administration.

Having worked in the corporate services industry for over 25 years, Susie has gained in-depth experience of corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters in both Ireland and Bermuda, providing advice and assistance to boards of directors on all aspects of corporate governance, company secretarial and regulatory compliance matters affecting companies, directors, shareholders and other stakeholders.

Career

Susie began her career in Dublin, where she originally trained with PriceWaterhouseCoopers before moving to management positions within Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young and Arthur Cox law firm.

In 2004, she moved to Bermuda and joined the corporate department of Wakefield Quin. Susie next moved to Conyers Dill and Pearman where she was a corporate manager for 11 years and immediately prior to joining Carey Olsen she was Head of Corporate Services at the Horseshoe Group.
