Partner Helen Wang and counsel Amelia Tan will be attending the 2nd IBA Litigation and ADR Symposium - the changing landscape of litigation and arbitration in India at the Le Meridien New Delhi, India on 18 - 19 August.
Helen will be speaking on the second day of the conference on a panel session titled "The future of international arbitration".
Other topics covered include, judicial backlog, transnational issues and enforcement challenges, case management, and technology and dispute resolution.
