Singapore partner Helen Wang and counsel Rachel Yao will be attending the STEP Singapore Symposium - What's next after the family office? on the 24 August, taking place at the NTUC Centre.
This full-day conference will discuss the emerging family office regime in Singapore and what lies beyond start-up, as well as discussing practical next steps to ensure family structures remain efficient, compliant and fit for purpose moving forward. The conference will also examine various issues that a family office would encounter as it journeys through with the family.
Helen Wang will be speaking on a session titled 'The Client Remains at the Centre' which will examine the role and availability of third-party expertise in Singapore on tax, legal and compliance transactions, succession planning and litigation.
