Nicholas is an associate in Carey Olsen’s dispute resolution team in Singapore.
His primary areas of practice include commercial litigation and insolvency, specialising in shareholder disputes and company law related matters. He has extensive experience across a variety of multi-jurisdictional disputes, and has advised liquidators on creditor claims, security issues and trust law.
李根仰 (Nicholas) 是凯瑞奥信新加坡办公室争议解决团队的律师。

Career
Before joining Carey Olsen, Nicholas trained under a leading arbitrator and senior counsel. He has clerked for international tribunals in a range of commercial and investor-state disputes under the auspices of the SIAC, HKIAC, ICC, PCA, CIETAC and CAS. He has also acted for listed companies before Singapore appellate courts in commercial and conflicts of laws matters.
Nicholas graduated with a double degree in Law and Accountancy from the National University of Singapore. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019. Nicholas is fluent in English and Mandarin.
