Recruitment Advisor (VA246)

We have a new opportunity for a highly organised and pro-active individual to join our busy HR team to provide end-to-end recruitment support.

Principal duties will include:

  • Managing job listings and monitoring incoming applications via our applicant tracking system
  • Advertising vacancies on a wide range of platforms
  • Building quality relationships with internal and external contacts including partners, directors, hiring managers and agencies
  • Act as first point of contact for candidates and agencies regarding live vacancies
  • Working closely with hiring managers to agree vacancy requirements, job descriptions and approvals
  • Representing Carey Olsen at job fairs and career events
  • Moving candidates through the various pipelines within our recruitment system
  • Arranging interviews and employee testing
  • Reviewing and processing invoices for payment
  • Carrying out administration tasks involved in the various student schemes and training programmes we offer
  • Sending out employment offers to successful candidates
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a client facing or administrative role, have excellent oral and written communication skills including a strong attention to detail.  Although previous recruitment experience would be an advantage it is not essential as training will be provided.
