Heather Beanland

Heather is the Managing Director of Carey Olsen Fiduciaries Bermuda Limited. She has over 20 years’ experience with international offshore trusts and corporate structures. She provides fiduciary services to private clients, family offices, trust and corporate entities, including overseas companies and partnerships.

She also has experience in providing fiduciary services to corporate vehicles and unit trusts. Heather has provided directorship and corporate secretarial services to entities in various jurisdictions. Heather’s knowledge of governance and compliance ensures that her clients meet all the best practice standards.

Before joining Carey Olsen, Heather has worked for highly respected fiduciaries in Bermuda, Switzerland and Jersey.

Most recently, she worked for another offshore law firm and Meritus Trust Company in Bermuda. She began her career working at some of the UK’s largest law firms.
