Our work includes advising on the set up and administration of trusts, foundations, company and partnership structures, including charitable trusts and trusts used for commercial purposes and assisting with the completion of transactions being undertaken by trusts and other entities.

We also provide a wider range of services to this sector in respect of their own business needs including advice on regulatory issues, stock exchange listings, such as the Sanne Group IPO, and merger, acquisition and restructuring activity of trust businesses, including the recent MBO of the Appleby fiduciary business, now known as Estera. 

Should disputes arise, we have an experienced trust litigation team who have been involved of many of the leading offshore trust disputes.  They work closely with our non-contentious trust team to provide both the specialist trust advice and if required the courtroom expertise required in such cases.
